Accessing Metadata in Exported JPGs

Each image we take brings with it a significant about of metadata that records when and how the image was taken, as well, as details of how we have edited the file.  We can optionally add additional metadata such as keywords about the picture which may include individuals, face recognition data, specifics about the that type of subject, etc.   An excellent article produced by Adobe on the subject can be found here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/metadata-basics-actions.html  and from a Lightroom expert here:  https://jkost.com/blog/2022/04/the-metadata-panel-in-lightroom-classic.html.  I highly recommend referring to these sites.

Ensuring all Metadata is Present

First, it's important to ensure that Lightroom settings are enable dot save your metadata.  I've described this in the Development Setting, History and Metadata page.

You'll want to also ensure that your name is added as the Creator/Author.  This setting can be added to the options displayed on the left hand side of Lightroom which can be accessed after you click the Import button.  Once set, it is remembered.
